White Glove Delivery And How It Works

Due to a high rate of damage to our flags by UPS/FedEx last year, we now use independent White Glove carriers, also known as couriers, to deliver our valuable flags. Known for delivering high value items such as antiques, jewelry, private lock boxes, collector’s art, financial documents, etc., they are bonded and highly insured. Each White Glove carrier covers multiple states, so deliveries will not be as fast as traditional delivery service. The good news however is your flag will be delivered undamaged and by appointment only, so we ask for your patience while waiting. Once your flag is in the possession of the carrier, and depending on your location and distance from our NC facility, the average time for receiving your flag is 10 to 20 business days. The carrier will call to schedule a time for delivery within 48 hours of approaching your area. Our office is unable to make the appointments in advance due to their travel schedule.
