Founded in 2014 by an experienced entrepreneur and military veteran, our journey began with only a small shed and a simple framed American flag. Since that time we have shipped thousands of flags around the world, all created from materials made in the USA; each flag crafted with love, respect and dedication to quality. HAND MADE IN NORTH CAROLINA

We do not work from an inventory of pre-made flags. Each flag is meticulously hand-made by local artisans using 100% cotton fabric grown in the USA. Creation begins only after receipt of an order. Because our flags are hand-made, the size of the flag ordered determines the time required for creating, antiquing and custom framing.

PROPRIETARY ANTIQUING PROCESS

Our special hands on proprietary, aging formula used to create our vintage flags consists of 100% natural ingredients that is environmentally friendly and safe to handle without gloves or masks. Once the gentle, aging process has been completed each flag becomes a unique, one of a kind vintage style flag.

CUSTOM FRAMING
|
Flags are custom framed using materials that are made in the USA. Our vintage flags are mounted on 100% ecru cotton linen fabric that covers the acid free board. Standard traditional flags are mounted on 100% white cotton linen. Once attached to the linen material, the flag is carefully placed in a beautiful black satin wood frame and covered with museum quality, clear acrylic also made in the USA.

TIME OF PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
|
Our vintage flags are hand-made and one of a kind originals. Depending on the size flag you order will determine the time required to create the flag. Once created, the flag then goes through our proprietary aging process before being custom framed and packaged for shipment. Based on current production, and the size flag ordered, it will require a minimum of 30 to 60 business days from date of order to complete. Shipping is included.

VIP PRODUCT DELIVERY
|
We use independent carriers to deliver our highly popular Jumbo and Gigantic size flags. Known for delivering high value items, the carriers are bonded and insured. Each carrier covers multiple states and delivers multiple items, so delivery at times will not be quite as fast as traditional delivery services. The good news however is your flag will be delivered undamaged and by appointment only, so we ask for your patience. The carrier will call you to schedule a date for delivery at an appointed time, so you will have the ability to communicate directly with the carrier. Smaller size flags will be shipped with standard shipping services.

IMPORTANT CLIENT INFORMATION AND AGREEMENT CONCERNING CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
- CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT OUR FLAGS ARE HAND MADE AND DEPENDING ON THE SIZE FLAG ORDERED WILL REQUIRE 30 TO 60 BUSINESS DAYS TO CREATE PRIOR TO SHIPMENT.
- All orders are considered "Made-to-Order" and are created only after receipt of order - there are NO INVENTORIES.
- Once flags are in production order cancellations are not permitted. Time of production depends on the size flag ordered.
- Damage to your flag during shipment will warrant a full replacement at no expense to the client. In some instances, damaged flags may be picked up and respectfully handled by a local VFW organization in your area.
- Should you not be 100% satisfied with your flag it can be returned at the clients expense. Refunds and client shipping expense will be reimbursed once the flag is returned and deemed to be in good condition.
- Custom orders for individual frames or flags are not eligible for return.
- Client understands refund requests are made through our payment processing company (SQUARE). We do NOT handle credit card processing or private client information. Depending on the bank or card company used for purchase by clients, refunds are usually available in your account within15 - 20 business days or less.
- CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT FILING DISPUTES WITH CLIENT BANKS FOR GOODS NOT YET RECEIVED IS USUALLY A DELIVERY PROBLEM WITH OUR CARRIER, WHICH WE CANNOT CONTROL. DISPUTES WITH CLIENT BANKS CAN REQUIRE AS MUCH AS 60 TO 90 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BANKS TO REVIEW INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR PAYMENT PROCESSOR TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT THE CLIENT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND.
